I've been using this GPU for about five months, and I've observed that one of the fans is slightly shaking. I'm not sure if this amount of movement is normal. Should I consider returning it?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! What is the make and model of your GPU? I'll monitor your temperatures, but you should also reach out to your seller and the GPU manufacturer's team to keep them updated, especially if the fan begins to rattle and eventually stops working.

Sorry, I overlooked that it's a Galax RTX 5070. I reached out to Galax support, who requested the GPU for a more thorough evaluation.
