Are there any additional screens or a TV nearby that could help you check for any unusual behavior with the BenQ monitor?

I'll attempt this again once I retrieve the motherboard from the second RMA attempt. The seller assured to replace it with a new one because he doesn't even understand how to resolve my issue. In my BIOS, the settings were: CSM > disabled Launch PXE OpROM Policy > disabled Launch Storage OpROM Policy > disabled Other PCI Device ROM Priority > UEFI only (I can't recall this from memory since the board won't be available until next week).

Unfortunately, it won't work. Perhaps I could borrow one from a friend, though my chances are slim. I'm working on the AW3423DWF, but it'll need more time.

Consider asking your friend to lend you one and see if that resolves the problem. Since several cards display the same issue, it might help. Also, check if your monitor has an option to disable the control monitor via OS settings—turning it off could work.

The seller provided me with a fresh motherboard after reviewing my earlier unit during the second return process. It’s now functioning properly. Thanks for the assistance!
