Hello. I'm working on overclocking my GTX 970 but facing a problem. I can adjust the GPU memory clock easily, yet I'm unable to change the core clock or adjust the voltage. I've tried PrecisionX and MSI Afterburner, but nothing works. Please help!

A few GPUs are voltage locked, varying by model. It's likely your device is one of them. The only solution is to flash the BIOS on the card, which can unlock it but is risky and may void the warranty.
