Cyberpunk and the 3DMark evaluations (Time Spy and Steel Nomad) are affected. I've tried with MW5, FarCry6, Metro Exodus, which don't have the same issue. Cooler is Lian Li GAII Trinity Performance 360

I replaced the 7900x with a 9800X3D and both problems disappeared.
