I notice the issue seems more common in Minecraft 1.19 with shaders, yet it persists elsewhere. There’s also this odd phenomenon of random micro-stutters, similar to playing audio at half speed—though I don’t have a clear example due to its unpredictability. My setup includes an ASUS ROG B450-F with 2x8GB RAM at 3200MHz, a Ryzen 5 3600, Gigabyte memory, and an RTX 2060 EVGA 600W. I’ve attempted to return the card through Gigabyte’s service but had no success. I changed the motherboard and RAM sticks, yet the problem remains. I also used DDU to reinstall the OS multiple times without resolving it. The noises come from speakers connected to the monitor, and I apologize for any background noise. Could you help identify the source? I might suspect a power supply issue, but I’m not sure.

It feels like my system is working but struggling, and it can happen for various reasons. My initial thought is that the machine has been under heavy use recently. The power supply might be failing, or there could be other issues like overheating without obvious temperature spikes. It’s possible the GPU is also beginning to fail. This is just a frustrating issue—you usually try different fixes and see if it improves. Artifacting problems are often related to the PSU or GPU.
