GPU blades whir, no other devices activate and the computer keeps failing.
I just started cleaning my PC, removing dust and checking its components. I disconnected the main power cable from the PSU to the motherboard and reconnected it, only to notice the USB3_5_6 cable was loose but stuck. After reinserting everything, turning on the power caused the GPU fans to spin and the blue light to activate briefly before silence. No other parts powered up. Here are the specs: AMD Ryzen 5 3600, Matisse ASRock B450 PRO4, SATA ATX, EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, G.Skill Ripjaws 16GB DDR4, 3200 RPM Arctic Cooling, 92mm liquid cooler, Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD, Team Group 512GB SATA III SSD.
