Hi,
I recently switched from an RX560 to an RTX 3060 ti with 8GB of VRAM, but none of my games seem to utilize it properly. Although I previously achieved around 50fps in GTA V (which matched its specs), I now see similar performance on the RTX 3060. In Task Manager, my GPU usage stays between 1-3%, while the CPU is at about 50%. I have 32GB of RAM and have tested various DIMMs, installed on an SSD, and the power supply seems fine. The thermal readings are normal. I've tried everything—adjusting Task Manager settings, game options, NVIDIA Control Panel—but my CPU doesn't have integrated graphics either. This makes it confusing how these games are running at all!? Also, for Cyberpunk 2077 and Minecraft, the frame rates are significantly lower than expected. And to be clear, none of the games are cracked. I'm really unsure what to do next.

I just tried and it still doesn't assist (after restarting the course).

The Asrock B350M Pro4 is equipped with a Ryzen 5 1600X and 32GB RAM running at 3600mHz. The motherboard supports up to 2400 MHz, but even with 2400 MHz it remains consistent. The storage includes a 1TB Samsung 870 QVO drive at 60% capacity. The GPU is an RTX 3060 ti featuring 8GB of VRAM and a Seasonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze power supply. During testing in Blender, the GPU operated at full capacity without issues, indicating the PSU can deliver sufficient power.
