Here’s a rewritten version of the text, aiming for clarity and conciseness:

The GTX 1070 paired with a Ryzen 5 1500X is experiencing performance limitations due to insufficient RAM. Currently running on a single 8GB stick of DDR4-2133MHz memory, the system struggles with demanding applications like GTA V, exhibiting frame rate drops despite relatively low GPU and CPU temperatures (70°C max and 50°C max respectively). The game achieves approximately 60-70fps on high settings with 4x MSAA, but frequently dips to 40-50 fps. The system’s overall performance is bottlenecked by the single RAM stick, particularly in memory-intensive tasks. Upgrading to a dual channel 16GB (or higher) configuration of DDR4 would significantly improve stability and performance across various applications and games. The current hardware setup – GTX 1070, Ryzen 5 1500X, 1.5TB HDD, 240GB SSD, and 600W PSU – is adequate for the components but the RAM configuration is a key limiting factor.

Here’s the rewritten text:

Ryzen systems benefit from a faster clocked RAM kit (dual-channel). But, I'm not fully sure whether this is giving you poor frame rates in games though. I think if you upgrade your RAM kit for a faster clocked memory, with decent CL Timings, then you should benefit from this setup, IMO. Ryzen processors are hungry on the system Memory frequency. Ryzen systems do indeed benefit from a faster clocked RAM kit (dual-channel). Apart from having 1 RAM kit, you also have a slower RAM with 2133mhz.
