I plan to perform a complete Windows reinstall. The training occurs in certain locations, such as high FPS areas, but suddenly drops to around 50 frames. Previously, I had an R7 360 with 2GB RAM and didn’t achieve that level of frame rate improvement after upgrading. Now, when playing Apex, I see high FPS and GPU usage, yet in some places my FPS drops by 40 to 50, making it feel unstable.

I'm not certain about Apex, but I understand that Source engine games can turn on multi-core rendering to fix stuttering problems. Still, if the environment involves a lot of simultaneous actions, performance may decline. Additionally, I'm curious whether online games are completely eliminating rendering when network issues occur. In The Division 2, I've experienced brief delays before the game resumes at odd moments, especially when the connection was unstable.

I have some background in Apex Legends and consistently achieve a high FPS before the drop, which is typical since there are fewer things to render. However, even after playing, I noticed several slow moments, not affecting my FPS directly. It seems to be caused by the servers, as it happened to a friend who has a better setup than me. I use an OC FX 8300 with an RX 580 and am getting a solid FPS. This suggests his issues are likely due to software or server problems.

I'll definitely attempt to reinstall everything completely.

Whatever you believe works is fine. I'm just sharing this because I wouldn't have the time to reinstall the windows.
