He woke up with a broken computer. We discovered the GPU and both hard drives failed unexpectedly. Reading one drive triggered a fatal error. It might be the motherboard or the power supply unit that’s at fault. Parts we have: XFX Rx 570, Sandisk 128GB SSD, HDD 1TB (brand unknown), Asrock Steel Legends B450, 650W, gold finish, 16GB RAM.

I connected the GPU and hard drives to my PC sequentially, but neither was recognized and I saw a black screen when using the GPU.

Was es einen Stromausfall in der Umgebung geben? Ist der Computer mit einem Surge Protector verbunden? Haben Sie eine Nvidia-Karte und haben Sie die AMD-Karte Ihres PCs an ihn angeschlossen, könnte das Problem sein, die Grafikkarte ist möglicherweise nicht aus.

Uncertain about the power outage but doubt it involves switching between AMD and NVIDIA graphics. I’ve handled this before and it worked fine.
