It's odd... I'm thinking about playing AC2 again... honestly, it's not really fun. I've been using about 30-40% of the GPU with my R9 390, but it only manages around 40 FPS.

It's really bad, I initially believed my GPU was causing artifacts because it's an overclocked unit. This clears things up, but I'm frustrated since frame drops lead to stuttering. It's terrible.
