GPU activity is high while CPU performance remains minimal.
I just finished assembling a new system and it functions perfectly, but during gameplay my GPU consistently reaches maximum usage at around 95% to 100%, while my CPU remains at about 25% to 30% utilization. I suspect the issue lies in a bottleneck between my CPU and GPU, even though both components are powerful. If that’s the case, increasing my GPU’s overclocking might help narrow the gap slightly. Here are my specifications for reference.
I was running tests on Fortnite at 1080p with hardware RT disabled. The GPU temperature stayed between 60 and 70 degrees throughout. The monitor I used is a 1080 144Hz ViewSonic display.
If the game engine utilizes only 8 threads, your CPU's 32-thread capacity results in a 25% utilization rate.
Have you used an OS drive from another machine? Would you like to execute the userbenchmark test and share the link to the outcome?
I already ran a benchmark let me send you the link.

It was solely Fortnite since I aimed to try it, doesn't it only run on 8? I was using the maximum settings and achieving around 80-90 frames per second.
From 2018 it's confusing to see this message, especially since you mentioned running Fortnite on a 1060.
It mentions the CPU paired with the game engine cannot utilize all your cores, resulting in low usage.
