Disconnecting means turning off or removing a connection, like stopping internet access.
You're using an external graphics card connected via Thunderbolt. The issue seems to be driver or firmware related, but these cases aren't well supported. I'd reach out to Manf's technical support for guidance. Unless someone here already has this setup working, I wouldn't expect a strong solution from this mixed group of experts. Still, double-check that your BIOS enables Thunderbolt and that the interface is functioning correctly on any laptop you're using.
If it doesn’t work, we might need to look at the hardware details. The Wikipedia page for Wm2 suggests older Linux systems, which could add complexity. p.s. I interpreted "funktastic" as you meant.
Sorry, I didn't get the details about my device specs. It's a 2022 GPD win, max 2 GB RAM, 16GB storage, AMD 6800U processor, and running Windows 10 with the latest update. I reached out to Gigabyte via Twitter and Instagram but haven't received a reply yet. I plan to submit a support ticket to check their response. Thanks.
Both AMD and Intel versions exist, but they can act quite differently. Intel has Thunderbolt integrated into their chips more often than AMD does. Generally, the main external distinction between the tb3 and tb4 models lies in specifications, while internally they might differ significantly despite similar protocols.
