I have a Dell AIO PC running Windows 11 home. I added Anytime Organizer 16 and my license keeps disappearing on its own. When I try to put in the license, it says I can't activate more times even though it is only installed on one computer. It won't open without that code. I asked the software maker for help but they didn't reply. Do you know why this is happening?

Did you buy anytime organizer 16 straight from the company, or did you get it from an online seller instead?

They sold this from Individual Software on a disk back a few months ago when they gave me the new license number over the phone, but it is still not working somehow. I am helping an 85-year-old man with his PC that he has used for a year. It was set up with antivirus turned off because the instructions said so.

I think just contacting them is enough. I don't know if Microsoft is cutting off some software rights. Just tell them you need help at individualsoftware.com or fill out that form and they will answer right away.

If you need a security program turned off, it feels like a huge warning sign to me.
