Hey everyone, I'm having a problem with my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop that came out in 2020. My computer specs are: an Intel i7 processor running at 10750h, a Nvidia card, and it's a mobile model. I've been fighting with this issue for a while now. When I play games like Destiny 2 or God of War, my graphics usage usually stays between 40% and 60%. Suddenly, it jumps to 100%, which makes my game crash. There is no clear pattern; sometimes it crashes after just ten minutes, other times hours later. Some days, it works fine without any issues at all. I've been watching this with a tool called GPU-Z, and the temperatures are actually really good because I have an IETS GT500 cooling solution. My GPU temperature while gaming stays around 55-60 degrees, and my CPU goes between 60-70 degrees. So far, I tried installing the recommended Nvidia drivers, updated the BIOS, cleaned everything up by reinstalling the software, and even underclocked the GPU to a very low setting (-300), but it's still crashing. Event Viewer keeps throwing an error that says: "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found." Anyone have any fixes or solutions?

Hello there! We're here to help newbies set up their software. Is your computer fresh and clean after a reinstall? Do you have all those driver files ready from the newest version? How about what operating system you're running?

I used an Nvidia cleanup tool to take out every driver and program I had installed, then went back and reinstalled everything using Windows 11.

Sure, can we fix Windows 11 by reinstalling it on your hard drive?

Update your Intel video drivers too. If the game is fake, this might be because of it. The anti-cheat stuff is hard to beat.
