Hey guys, I got a Toshiba Satellite L750 and even though my CPU shows up as 2.4 GHz, it's actually running at 0.78 GHz. I added an SSD and bumped the RAM to 8GB, but nothing has changed yet. What should I do?

Thanks so much! The issue went away once I tried hard, and it came down to the BIOS settings. Thanks again!
