Google Play Music vs. Spotify
The latest version introduced new features and improvements. You probably didn’t see any changes since you weren’t aware.
I'm not familiar with Pandora.
A minor adjustment was made with an added radio feature when opening the app above my downloaded music (especially on my phone).
