Google occasionally experiences issues with Starlink at times.
Hello. I’m experiencing this bothersome problem where only Google.com and its search engine stop functioning on my network, while other websites like Amazon and Bing work without issues. My ISP uses Starlink with a Gen 2 router operating in bypass mode as the modem, and a TP-Link Deco X25 mesh network serves as the central device managing firewalling, DHCP, and similar tasks. This issue appears unrelated to DNS services, as it occurs regardless of whether I use LanCache+PiHole or directly connect through PiHole on a separate server, or via Cloudflare and Google DNS servers. Even during a power outage, all equipment rebooted but the problem continued. I have Uptime Kuma logs from multiple monitors, including Courageous, which shows consistent behavior—using Google DNS as primary with Quad9 as backup for its own traffic, including the Kuma dashboard. The screenshots indicate normal operation when PiHole is active, but I’m unsure why the setup fails. This data was collected from roughly 11 PM CST yesterday to 11 AM today. I also attached a photo of my Deco app’s main page, noting that the 92E8 model isn’t connected. The Courageous server, linked via Ethernet to the living room Deco, is functioning properly. I’m hoping someone can assist with this unusual setup issue, as I’m running out of ideas.
