It seems you're unsure about ordering services internationally. Coverage might exist globally at a fixed rate, which means US users won't incur roaming charges while traveling.

From a closer look, I agree with @LogicalDrm. It appears targeted toward the US. It mentions Fi uses several networks, indicating partnerships with other telecom providers to enable roaming. My T Mobile follows the same approach, offering access to at least 140 countries' networks. Although it functions in Israel, it isn't built for long-term use there. International pricing applies when outside the US.
