It's been repeated again. It won't start from the taskbar and it won't open links from Skype. I've tried all the possible solutions I could find, but they don't work now. I've shared the links to my last two topics here and there, so you can see what others have tried before and what didn't help. Please, someone please assist me because I'm about to experience a breakdown. This is the most frustrating thing that's ever happened to me.

Would you like to switch browsers or reinstall?

It should be something you're doing... possibly a virus, conflicting addons, or similar.

That's the situation. I've done everything possible.

Have you tried reinstalling Windows yet? I’ve faced some tough problems where the only solution was to wipe and start over.

I’d rather I hadn’t repeated it before, since reinstalling 750GB of software feels unnecessary.

Sure thing! Would you like a data drive to keep everything organized? It really simplifies the reinstallation process.

I'm using the Dev version of Chrome. It works perfectly without any problems.
