You need to remove it from the extension panel, but it keeps appearing. Deleting and restarting your browser doesn’t work. You’ve already reinstalled Chrome to fix it once, but it’s coming back quickly. Try uninstalling the extension completely and see if that helps.
Have you considered restarting Chrome? Try using the iobit uninstaller to remove all associated files first, then reinstall it...

Navigate to the specified Chrome extensions directory and remove the folder containing the extension files. To identify the extension, view one of the images found inside each folder and check the icons. Additionally, eliminate any extensions you don’t recall installing.
It's odd since I haven't installed any programs recently. I only have word documents for school.
