They are very close, but the Thermaltake is louder and its secondary capacitors are of lower quality. In this article it only mentions the CWT based GF and not the HKC based GF A3. Nevertheless the HKC version isn't as effective as the CWT version at 1200W.

We're not focusing on the 1200w version. It's still superior to the RMe. How bothersome is the fan noise from the RMe?

Still superior to the Thermaltake GF A3. I also recognize we're not discussing the 1200W version, as that was the model Aris reviewed. It's unlikely they'll switch to different branded secondary capacitors for the 750 and 1200 units. In most cases, general conclusions about wattage can be applied across different levels. Yes, I'm aware there are exceptions like the Corsair CXMs.

It's not about the caps, they're okay. The Teapos on the secondary in the RMe aren't top quality either. Plus, the TT has a better fan and longer warranty.

The comparison between the TT and Rifle Bearings on the Corsair shows only minor differences overall. The TT performs better at low to moderate use, becoming noticeably louder after reaching 300W. It starts nearly silent but jumps to around 32dB quickly. In contrast, the RMe is quieter, especially in standard conditions. The TT offers a longer warranty compared to the RMe. For budget-conscious buyers, both are suitable under $100, though the choice depends mainly on desired noise levels.

Looking at the incorrect test report seems to be the issue.
