I'm looking for a decent overclocking watercooler suitable for an Intel i5 6600K, aiming for a boost between 4.3 and 4.7. I'm working with a budget under $100 USD. My current setup includes an MATX motherboard, MSI Z170M MORTAR, Aerocool Xpredator Cube case, an MSI GTX 950 with 2GB RAM, and Corsair Vengeance LX 16GB DDR4 RAM.

For $100 you may better off with a high quality air cooler. Chances are a high quality air cooler will perform better and you will hit the limits of your setup long before the thermal limits of the cpu/ cooler

For $100 it's better to opt for a high-quality air cooler. It will likely work more efficiently and prevent your system from reaching its thermal limits sooner than the CPU or cooler itself.
