Hey everyone, I noticed Witcher 3 doesn’t handle antialiasing very well, so I’m curious if using the NVIDIA driver could improve it. I’m not sure what the different options mean, but any advice would be really helpful. Thanks!
The native driver is available in the control panel under 3D settings for Witcher 3. You can select it. It’s meant to offer improved performance compared to MSAA at a lower cost. I plan to test it. The issue is that my language translations are very poor, making it hard to find accurate English equivalents. Frustrating.
I've rarely seen great performance from NVCP settings. Usually in-game tweaks work better. You might want to try DSR instead. What game resolution are you using? If it's 1080p, consider switching to 1440p with DSR and lowering the anti-aliasing. This should give you similar frame rates while improving image clarity.
