install MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner will come with it.
you can configure an OSD to operate during gameplay or other fullscreen applications.
or enable statistics to appear in the Notification section of the Taskbar via Settings > Monitoring.

Yes, I should have searched more before asking. The hardware monitor has a tool that matches what I need.
