Here are some suitable PC games for an Intel Celeron 2.5GHz processor with 4GB RAM running Windows 8.1:

- **Stardew Valley** – Lightweight and easy to run.
- **The Sims 4** – Smooth performance on lower specs.
- **Minecraft** – Great for older CPUs and RAM.
- **Portal 2** – Moderate demands, still manageable.
- **Civilization VI** – Can run well with optimization.
- **Factorio** – Good for CPU-heavy tasks.

These options should provide a good gaming experience without straining your system.

I'm planning to play League of Legends, but I believe Counter-Strike 2 might be too laggy.

Intel mobile graphics are decent but limited; World of Warcraft typically runs at around 20 to 25 frames per second on lower settings.

Tf2 isn't overly demanding. Just install an FPS config to turn off features like gibs and exposure effects. Most of them already do this for you.

Robocraft is easy to obtain. It's incredible. Town Of Salem isn't available on Steam, but you can play it in your browser.
