Checked Fortnite and Ghost Recon Wildlands on maximum and minimum configurations; FPS remains low. Edit: Likely not CPU issue—it's running at 20-30% usage.

The most vulnerable aspect is here. Of course, you can refresh GPU drivers, but it rarely changes frame rates. It mainly resolves unexpected drops and stutters.

Many benchmarks achieved impressive frames per second exceeding 60, which is confusing.

It could be dusty, but I’m not sure. I’m not really thinking of anything else. Fingers crossed it gets fixed!

Created it about a week back and the audience stays at full capacity constantly—I don’t believe that’s accurate.

Perhaps it lacks the strength for extremely high or ultra-fine detail. Trying lower settings can boost FPS, or stick to higher settings for lower FPS. This isn’t complex technology. If your system is powerful (i7/r7, 1080 or even 1070), performance would be very different. But with an R3, it’s not a top-tier processor.

It’s probably around a week old, so reaching out to the maker might be a good idea. There could be tiny cracks or other production issues. Such defects are very uncommon now, though they aren’t completely out of the picture.

I conducted extensive investigation using maximum configurations at 60+ frames per second.

The card isn't causing issues; it might be limited to 139MHz. The problem could relate to the PSU, as it's a budget model. I'll switch it out to check for improvements.

Based on a few quick YouTube checks, GPUs running slower show big differences in performance. Frames per second range from about 50 at high settings to 60-75 at ultra. In the RB6 Siege test, you could try running the Heaven benchmark or Cinehench to check GPU specs and see if they match others. Since Palit doesn’t come with factory OC cards, yours should be near the original numbers, possibly improved with aftermarket cooling. An R5 CPU would likely deliver much higher FPS at higher detail levels.
