Android emulators are permitted under COC rules, anyone can create one since the Android license allows it. The Apache 2.0 license covers this, unlike some older tools like Visual Studio’s outdated emulator. Just because something runs as an emulator doesn’t break COC. Only programs that use restricted licenses aren’t allowed to be copied on hardware or software. Typically, companies focus more on newer products, but they can still get frustrated when distributing games and still earn money, like with Wii U virtual consoles. In short, Android emulators fit within COC guidelines, not against them.
This version functions properly now. Previously, there were some issues with the Google log feature a year ago, but they didn't affect anything significant.
