Working on a PC with an i7 9700k, aiming for a 4.9 performance boost, and needing a good cooler. Budget is around AUD$150 or less. Open-air or air cooling are acceptable, though I prefer not to use the Noctua dh-15 because of its brown finish. Considering the Dark Rock Pro 4 but wondering if an AIO like the ML240R would perform better at this price.

Be quiet! Here are some options under 150 AUD: Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240R RGB, Thermalright SilverArrow T8, Noctua NH-U14S, Thermalright Le Grand Macho RT, Deepcool GAMMAXX L240 V2, and Thermalright MACHO Rev.C. I omitted a few because of stock issues—like Cryorig's R1 Ultimate/Universal and some with low ratings.

The Noctua NH-D15 is also available in a black finish. Based on what I've seen online, it appears to be slightly quieter than the NH-D15, though it offers marginally better cooling performance. Adding this detail might be useful.

Sure, just checking in—didn't realize there was a black version available! I'm keeping an eye on the price and, since I'm on a tight budget, do you have any suggestions under $150 for an i7 9700K? Thanks.
