I believe speedfan could help improve performance since it lets you adjust fan curves and similar options. However, even with that, I think your fans are already operating at their maximum capacity. I’m confident the laptop will use them fully under load, so you probably won’t be able to boost their speed further. Use speedfan at your own risk. Also, the reason the ARMA feature works is that some lower settings are designed for users without a dedicated GPU, meaning it depends more on the CPU. Rather than just reducing system-wide load, these settings shift the workload to another component while easing pressure on the main one.
