I removed the file from my storage, but it still appears in the apps and programs list. When attempting to uninstall, the error message indicates it can't locate the executable. You might want to clear the list manually or check for any hidden entries.

Traveled back using a time machine to the moment before deleting the applications folder and files from Program Files. Because such machines aren’t real, you followed @ET_Explorer’s advice and reinstalled the program, then removed it completely.
