Is anyone familiar with the reason behind this message? I've looked into the support page, they suggest changing your password and checking details, which I've already done but still nothing happens. Everything seems correct, yet it doesn't work. This is specifically for the Bioshock offer. I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated right now.
