Whenever I look up something on Google using my account, it displays an image of Nicolas Cage even when searching on YouTube.

No unrecognized browser extensions were found. The two Chrome extensions listed appear to replace images with photos of Nicolas Cage.

Open the browser without extensions enabled and check if the issue persists on any other connected devices.
