If Super Hornet is back in stock for sale, I’ll likely take advantage of it.

Feel the heat of the battle as you resist the weight of the gladius.

Get a gladius man, it's a solid choice.

Plus one on the Gladius. If you don’t like it, you can still dismantle it or upgrade it with a cross chassis. The base Hornet is decent but limited by the lack of S4 weapons and mounts in the game. The Hornet also offers a storage compartment while the Gladius has none. Keep the description simple—even short-range models should manage 2-3 systems between refuels.

As a previous owner of the Gladius, it is highly recommended for dog fighting. Great maneuverability, packs a hell of a punch, and a very small profile. But if you're looking for an all around the verse ship, I do have a suggestion...

You can easily find opportunities by taking on jobs during game launches and handling logistics like shipping cargo.

You're considering a different approach. Since trading isn't your style, focusing on exploration could be a better fit. It might offer a smoother experience with more flexibility.

CommanderFett has a strong interest in Cutlass's And indeed you don't need another vessel, but from what I understand, those who begin with military ships will easily gain access for others when the PU arrives. I’d prefer a Hornet because of the extra defense, though I can destroy them easily with my Mustang (though they tend to fly away). They’re favored by experienced players. A Gladius is difficult to hit, I haven’t managed to take one down yet, but it poses little danger to me in my Mustang and I usually overlook them.
