I haven’t located anything similar in the BIOS. The PDF you mentioned wasn’t found during the search.
Gigabyte states the PMIC can be programmed, typically set to 1.1v. This is the sole alternative voltage setting I've found for the memory controller.
Yes, it's the DIMM voltage. DDR4 typically doesn't include a built-in PMIC.
It seems VCCIO isn't referred to as CPU VCCIN AUX. The minimum BIOS value for that setting is 1.8...
I use the same setup, try 14-14-14-32 to boost performance slightly. It's safe as long as temperatures stay below 50°C and remain steady under 48°C. I've tested up to 1.6V for safety only; normal voltage stays under 1.52V. The minimum voltage needed to run 3600 was about 1.43V.
Samung B-die handles everything smoothly since SA and IO are reduced inside the CPU using the VCCIN AUX rail, which means fewer VRM components are needed outside (on the motherboard). AUX stands for auxiliary and doesn’t supply power to the CPU—it’s just a secondary source. You must provide more than the minimum VCCIN for both SA and IO; otherwise it won’t function. DDR5 includes its own VRM on the module, often referred to as PMIC. The VCCIN for DDR5 is consistently 5V because you can draw it directly from the power supply. This explains why the PMIC voltage matches the DIMM voltage on DDR5.
