I experienced similar temps with i5 10600k under AVX with throttling around 10% and a 95°C limit using prime95. Are you having this problem resolved? I switched vcore to Normal, which lowered the temps and reduced bias to -0.05V (adjust option below). The Prime95 test now shows about 85°C. Updated March 23, 2021 by cooltronic
