Hello everyone. The audio connections on the back I/O and front have ceased functioning. It was working properly for about a year until suddenly everything stopped one day. I've tested various cables and speakers, but they all work correctly when connected to my laptop. Do you have any advice on what to do next, or should I consider returning the product? Please let me know if you need more details.

I'll verify if a BIOS reset fixes the issue. Ensure the HD audio controller is active in the BIOS settings. Restore the audio drivers from the support page on your motherboard. If the controller is unresponsive, a basic USB audio adapter might be sufficient.
