Corsair 550tx PSU and Gigabyte X570 gaming board are compatible with higher voltages, so you should be fine as long as the power supply is suitable.

In short, if your RGB fans use 4-pin (12V) connectors instead of 3-pin (5V) ones, they should work with your RGB headers.

You must confirm whether the fans use the typical 12V RGB with a four-pin connector or an ARGB model requiring a five-volt three-pin header. Avoid connecting a five-volt strip to a twelve-volt port—it will damage the equipment instantly.
