Checked the BIOS menu for BIOS version FBi and looked under Settings > AMD > PBO > Curve optimizer. It seems this feature isn’t listed there. I found it in the MSI BIOS settings, which handle voltage override per core. Make sure you’re using the correct menu path for your motherboard model.

It seems Curve Optimizer is exclusive to Zen 3. This accounts for its lack in the BIOS, as only Zen 2 TRs are currently supported.
