Hey everyone, you're here for me because I'm really stressed about my latest rx 7700xt. It's running sluggishly, sometimes dropping to low FPS and freezing for a second. I noticed the GPU usage plummets, which seems to be the main problem. At first, I thought it was due to the setup: R7 2700x, 16 GB 3200 MHz RAM, MSI B450 Gaming Plus MAX, and a 700W 80+ bronze PSU. But the issue keeps happening. I've decided to upgrade to a new PC: R5 7600X, 32GB 5200 MHz CL 36 RAM, MSI Pro B650-s, with an 850W 80+ Gold PSU. The problem still exists. Should I return it for repair or is there another fix? I've tried several troubleshooting steps—like following an article, running the sfc scan, checking for updates, cleaning drivers, and using a bare driver. My RAM is in EXPO mode with no power limits. Let me know if you have any ideas! Thanks, guys.
