Not much experience with Gigabyte's motherboards or the Qflash button, but from what I found, there should be a small switch protruding or almost hidden. The photo doesn’t show any switch here, so I’d consider sending it back if needed. Check the link for more details: https://theoverclockingpage.com/2023/04/...e/?lang=en
