The 4+1 phase power combined with a 760G chipset suggests it may not be ideal for heavy overclocking. However, since it's a Gigabyte UD series board, it could perform better than expected despite the specifications.

Sure, with your 8320 Black Edition, you're planning to try a moderate overclock of around 4.0 or 4.2ghz. The good airflow in your case and the deep cool aftermarket CPU cooler should help maintain stability during the process.
