Hello,
I purchased a laptop
Gigabyte G5
KF5 2024 (Model Nr.: AX211NGW: Core i7-13620H, RTX4060, 48 GB RAM | WIN 11 PRO) in October 2024. It functions properly so far, though it occasionally switches off automatically. I have to wait about three to four minutes after turning it on using the power button. This happens because all open applications reappear, and there’s no loss of unsaved work.

I don’t play games; I bought it for 3D software such as Rhino3D and Blender. It has never experienced thermal issues due to rendering. Usually I use silent mode with a second screen (Samsung SyncMaster 245B). I also rely on the hibernation function. The BIOS version is FB10 and it hasn’t been updated before.

Do you know anyone with similar experience, or even better—someone who has a solution?
Thanks a lot, Philipp

What power profile are you employing (Control Panel/Power Options)? Have you adjusted those configurations previously?
Have you executed DISM and SFC to evaluate the condition of your Windows setup?
