I’ve tested both Gigabyte Aorus Elite x570 models with the G connector up until my latest case. The FP connector in this case resembles the HD Audio connector, which is why I avoided it. I’m wondering if it will work on other boards besides Gigabyte. This is important since my dad has an Asrock board and I’d like to share it with him.

Never tried it before, but based on the appearance and description, it looks like a peripheral for front panel Dupont connectors. It functions similarly to how PSU cable extensions work—allowing you to plug multiple connectors together instead of individually. As long as the pinout matches the front panel header, it should work fine.
