Have you attempted without the hub connected? Occasionally these can lead to problems.

I connected the hub to the USB port in the case. I took it to a friend's shop to check if we could solve the issue. We installed it into an older FX8350 system along with a Ryzen 5700g and 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, and everything functioned properly. Still can't figure out why it works now.
