I checked the compatibility and found it possible to use a Thunderbolts 5 on the second PCIe slot for extra DP outputs. The board includes a TB header (THB_U4).

These miniDP connections serve as inputs, not outputs. They are designed to send a displayport signal into the Thunderbolt ports.
