WiFi and Ethernet drivers disappeared unexpectedly. I resolved it before by updating the BIOS. This time nothing functions—neither Ethernet nor WiFi works on my PC. Important note: no internet driver exists for my motherboard. I’ve tried everything possible—reinstalled drivers, enabled network stack, reflashed BIOS, removed battery, formatted the PC, but got stuck during Windows setup due to lack of internet. The cable and wireless both failed. I can’t install Windows, and I’m struggling to keep my head together. This issue appeared suddenly while watching a show. It seems there’s no obvious cause, but it feels like a hardware problem. If it’s hardware, why won’t the cabled or wireless connections work? Should I consider replacing the motherboard? I’m waiting anxiously for a fix.

It's important to remember that these boards support several chips, so verify you're installing the correct driver for your specific model (for example, Gigabyte offers drivers for both Realtek and Intel Wi-Fi).

Sure. I saved the newest versions. However, it seems the Realtek driver isn’t visible in the network adaptors section of your device manager.

Launch the Device Manager. Navigate to the Network adapters section. Check for any disabled devices. Right-click on network adapters and look for hardware updates. If nothing appears, run cmd as administrator. Execute netsh winsock reset, then restart the system. If this doesn't resolve the issue, consider replacing the network interface card.

Purchased an external Wi-Fi adapter. Internet is functioning, but Bluetooth is now broken. Haha... What do I say?

I just put in my new WiFi card today. It also disrupted my Bluetooth until I updated the drivers. I had to turn off the old NIC and BT in Device Manager, then switch it on and off again.

Yes, you should turn off the previous versions and switch on the updated version. You've already disabled the older ones, just need to reactivate the new one.
