An AIO works the same as a regular fan header since they function identically. You manage the pump using RPM adjustments for the fan.

According to the instructions, connect your pump to the CPU fan connector. The fans inside the radiator link to additional headers and are managed using PWM signals. Set the CPU header to a voltage level and 100% capacity typically.
