I'm pausing right now because I have another task. When it doesn't turn on correctly, I press the power button to turn it off, then remove the GPU and reinsert it. It works fine afterward. It also shut down and restarted without issues a few times when I tilted the machine. I was thinking about replacing the GPU soon, hoping that might fix the issue—maybe the problem is with how it fits into the slot.
The latest card arrived finally, an RX7600, and it's now installed. I adjusted the BIOS to ensure the CPU's built-in graphics are always active and become the main output during startup. The system is functioning much better—shutting down consistently without issues and booting again smoothly with the new setup. I'm satisfied enough and won't tweak settings further for troubleshooting anymore. It runs at 1080p smoothly.
