I bought a Cyberpower PC from Best Buy with a Gigabyte B550 UD AC motherboard. I’m searching for a website that lists the available BIOS versions to download. So far, none of the tools I tried display this model. I’ve used three different programs, all showing the B550 UD AC. Windows built-in sysinfo and CPU-Z list it correctly, but Gigabytes says I need to go to their site. The UD AC version isn’t listed there. I reached out to Gigabyte, who confirmed it’s an OEM board. They suggested contacting Cyberpower PC directly. Anyone have ideas or resources for drivers and BIOS updates? It seems there should be some official Gigabyte information available.

This motherboard appears to be missing or non-existent. It was produced with default BIOS and no further updates are available. You might be able to access CPU-Z, click tools at the bottom, and save the BIOS file for review. I can examine it if you share the file here. It's unlikely any changes will improve the BIOS.

You'll need to push Cyberpower further. Since it's a ready-made unit, the company must reach out to Gigabyte to deliver the BIOS.

On their website they recommend reaching out to Gigabyte directly. There’s no support available for the board at all. I didn’t realize the model wasn’t available until August 17th when someone else asked the same thing. UD AC is typically an Intel part number from Gigabyte. That’s about it. I need a BIOS file to examine it for potential modifications—it would be the only option.

The latest BIOS information is available on the Cyberpowers site but isn't directly visible. Visit the provided link: https://support.cyberpowerpc.com/hc/en-us. Navigate through drivers and software, scroll to the bottom, select Cyber Power Motherboards, then Bios. Click Gigabyte, choose the relevant file, and apply the update. Stay consistent with checks and share the news. This update should cover all Gigabyte releases for other B550 models. 1721876235_MB-478-120B550UDACY1.zip
